Property policies
- Check in at 15:00 – Check out at 11:00
- Smoking as well as vaping are prohibited inside the property. Smoke detectors are installed in all areas
- Cleaning service hours: 09:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Welcome hours: 10:00 am to 20:00 pm / Availability for self-check in procedure via Bluetooth or magnetic card
- Quiet hours:
– Winter season October 1st to March 31st from 15:30 pm to 17:30 and 22:00 pm to 07:30 am
– Summer season April 1st to September 30th from 15:00 pm to 17:30pm and 23:00 pm to 07:00 am - No party or bachelor festivities allowed in our premises
- Surveillance cameras are installed in all common areas for security reason
- Pets up to 10 kg are allowed, but cannot roam freely in common spaces and must be supervised at all times by their caretakers. The owners are fully responsible for the safety of their pets and if any damage will occur to the property there will be a charge of the guest’s credit card
- Kindly accept our sincere apologies but unfortunately, due to the previous use of the building, we were not able to create elevator and ramps, which could facilitate the accommodation for disabled persons.
Cancellation policies
- The guests can cancel for free 14 days prior to their arrival date and there will be a charge of one night in case a cancellation occurs within 5 days from their arrival date.
- In case the guests cancel the same day or non-show, full amount of the reservation will be charged.
- For promotion rates, please check the policies mentioned upon your reservation.
Group Reservations (2+ suites or apartments)
Guests who book more than two suites or apartments are required to pay the full reservation value in advance. For cancellations or changes up to 20 days prior to the date of arrival no charges are applied. For cancellations or changes less than 20 days before the arrival date will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value. No shows will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
